Every school, office, and business—big and small—to start the day with 20 minutes of physical exercise, mindfulness and laughter yoga: a spark to the brain to prepare for learning and working, a boost to mental, physical and emotional health, and a sense of connectedness and joy to start the day.
A simple and easily implemented package will be created combining knowledge from different types of physical activities (creative movement, yoga, dance, brain gym, martial arts), mindfulness, laughter yoga, and the science of wellbeing. People with experience and expertise in these areas will be consulted in the creation of the package.
A basic, informative and inspiring presentation will be put together using research findings from researchers who have extensively documented the importance of physical activity for optimal performance in anything we do, as well as for emotional, mental and physical health. This promotional presentation will serve as the starting point in motivating individuals and institutions to participate in the trainings. This is particularly important in the context of a modern lifestyle that reduces the opportunities for people to move.
A CD will incorporate the package as well as main highlights of the presentation.
Earnings will be from trainings, workshops, and selling of the package (CD).
Target Location :Initially KTM Valley. Then all Nepal.
Target Audience :People in all walks of life.
People in all walks of life will be convinced of the value of incorporating some basic regular physical activity into their lives.
People will become aware of how simple the activities can be and yet have tremendous impact in boosting the brain, as well as mental, emotional and physical health.
People will learn that spending a short while on such activities for mind/body/heart, even in the busy schedule of a school or office, is not time lost but productivity gained.
